Directions for use: This blend is ready to use straight on your skin. Use only as directed. Never take essential oil products internally.
Pour a small amount of the blend into your palm and gently massage the blend into the belly (in a clockwise movement) lower back and thighs, upper chest, neck and shoulders daily. It is especially important to cup your hands to your nose and inhale the aroma for several deep breaths.
Ingredients: Geranium, Rose and Clary Sage are three of the five essential oils in this blend in a vitamin E rich carrier of certified organic sunflower seed oil.
