Gently massage a small amount of Well Rested blend into the back of your neck, shoulders, upper chest and temples shortly before going to bed. Then cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma for several deep breaths. Application 30 minutes before bed is ideal but it will still work well if used just before going to bed.
